London’s Secret Garden: The Roof Gardens in Kensington

Without many words I’d like to introduce you today to The Roof Gardens in Kensington. You would never imagine what’s hiding on top of Kensington’s tube station. From outside the building looks like an ordinary grey warehouse – but hundred feet above Kensington High Street we found London’s hidden paradise.

From the top we had a beautiful view over central London. The garden is divided in three main themes (Spanish Garden, Tudor Garden and English Woodland) – including fruit trees, a flowing stream with fishes and the resident flamingos Bill, Ben, Splosh and Pecks. The setting is priceless and it is definitely my favorite place in London to visit. Enjoy the pictures.
